My post from Mar 12th. - I guess I will likely just take a small position for right now and watch it.

I did just that and exited the position at a ~50% loss but being a small position it hardly broke my bank.
Further your quote that "You eagerly agreed and bought stock in CheckPoint" is not correct. I had real questions as the the growth and margin potential for the company going forward. Thus the reason for my small position.

As I stated in my post to PM, it is up to the investor to do his own DD. I don't blame him for my loss. I never blamed him. I do, however, think it is funny and pathetic for someone to post only one side to the CHKP story while the stock crashes. Clearly things are not as rosy as he has continually stated they would be (Again I am not blaming him for my small $$ loss).

Look I missed the entire tech run up in the late 90s because I couldn't find the value in the stocks that were running up. However, I have, likewise, missed the VAST majority of the Tech implosion. Nonetheless, I have lost some money in Tech just as have most as I have bought some of the tech highfliers as they have come down. But I am certainly able to be honest about my opinions on the stocks I do hold - good and bad. There is not a single company in the world that doesn't have its weaknesses. I am honest about the issues surrounding the companies in my portfolio and I am certainly able to admit that they have some fleas but over all I like their respective positions. Sue me if I think its pathetic that PM can't admit that CHKP has its fair share of fleas. I would not criticize his posts if he were able to give a fair assessment of this company he so loves instead of posting only the PR drivel from the company as if it means something important while appearing oblivious to the crashing of the stock around him. He sounds like the investor crying CheckPoint.

Sorry, I think that is incredibly funny. If he could admit that CHKP doesn't have the world by the tail and provide a more balanced and reasonable opinion I wouldn't feel this
way about his posts.

If you appreciate his posts that good for you, I think they have very little value because they don't offer an objective assessment of CHKP's situation. We just value his posts, like this company, differently.

As for ORCL and AMAT I have a rapidly shrinking profit in both of those positions. However, while you didn't mention it, WIND on the other hand . . . . that's become a long term investment for me.

Regards,

JS
