LOL! Exactly. It sounds like you're like me where IDT is concerned. That is....following them from an industry standpoint (not from an investment). I knew as soon as it got out that they were snuffling around WCOM that they'd inevitably make a low-ball bid. Let's seee.....$5 Billion for all local access in tier 1 cities domestically as well as internationally (probably along with the OC level trunking tying them together?). And since in the early days of MFS Intelenet such as UUNet/AOL and others were sucking up much of the capacity being installed and thus an automatic large customer base....

Yeah.....$5 Billion seems about right. (NOT!) Anyway, as I've stated in an earlier post I can't see WCOM giving up their crown jewel of access. If they do....well....games over because all they'll be is a shadow of their former selves and very unlikely to survive.
