If you say it can't be done, it can't. Social Security was a total impossibility at one time. You got it.

I don't see a magic answer - I think vouchers are an experiment that should be tried on a local or regional level. I think it is a mistake to impose them upon systems nationwide.
I won't argue that at all. Each state, for that matter, each district could decide individually if the right laws were in place.

You wanna bet the public systems wouldn't improve ENORMOUSLY if some private company were out there trying to eat their lunch?
