Yes, make no mistake about it, it is an act of terrorism. Fire bombing even one civilian and calling that war is nothing but a bald faced lie....
And you could also just as easily say that Sharon chose terror over peace with his march on the Temple Mount, which he knew (unless he is incredibly naive and dumb) would lead to the current state of affairs between Israel and the Palestinians. Sharon is an old terrorist who simply cannot change his stripes or break his bad habits. Arafat has similar problems, so Bush should call for leadership change in both countries (yes, I said both countries), or tone down his rhetoric.
