Sig - Isn't that why everyone told me to BUY DELL??? Now that I have, they want big bucks just to PICK UP THE PHONE!!! This has simply RUINED my Fourth of July holiday. Oh well, can't depend on CEO's, can't depend on Dell service. Might as well throw some dogs on the grill and have a brew.

Sig, I take it you are high and dry and safe? I think you mentioned at some point during our conversations that you were closer to Dallas... You certainly seem to be getting your share of extreme weather in Texas... If it's not 100 degrees for the entire summer, it's a biblical rain event.
