I expect US troops to suffer ambushes more & more in Afgh Jim, The friendly fire mistakes (canadian soldiers killed) along with the innocent Afgan people being killed..i realize it is not intentional but it seems they are picking their targets as if this is some video game. If they miss a target and killed innocents..it is just an ooops...no big deal. This may be enough to get those that are sitting on the fence to become more and more anti-American over there. That makes it much easier to recruit these people for Al Qaieda or Taliban. I don't think they will believe these were just targetting errors. Either they are just sloppy in their targetting OR worse-- they fear a real threat.
