Of recent I've been asking questions about housing, every chance I get. Getting more and more convinced this sector is going to roll over very very hard. The economics issues are more important than the demographics. There are a couple ways to play shorts. Turn em over and skalp em at every chance, or perhaps a little turnover plus patience. In short housing and banking (including refinancing) in my opinion are somewhat linked, and will continue to be in my periscope, without doubt.
