Mike,
The stock dropped from $4.00 to $1.00. When did a 75% drop not represent a major decline in a stocks price.

Mike, what is relevance of what the stock was a year later...what about the person who bought his stock for $4.00 only to have them lose 75% of their assets value a few weeks later. Do you think these investors would have bought these shares if they knew like Bush had to know that the bottom was going to fall out with the Q report.

Mike, insider trades relates to the actual event.....not a year later. Get your shyster lawyer J to explain what insider trading is. Well on second thought! His mail order law licenses only pertains to adoption work for pets and traffic tickets...
