That seems unlikely. Why go there in the first place if they will reverse themselves? Just to publicly admit they were hasty and sloppy?

From a legal point of view, I think the decision was not only wrong, but also that the issue is de minimus
De minimus is in the eyes of the beholder.

Wrong? Looks like a clear violation of the "establishment of religion" bit.
There is no need for the gov't to be involved in religion at all. It will function just fine without that.
