if the panel itself doesn't reverse itself on reconsideration. That seems unlikely. Why go there in the first place if they will reverse themselves? Just to publicly admit they were hasty and sloppy? From a legal point of view, I think the decision was not only wrong, but also that the issue is de minimus De minimus is in the eyes of the beholder. Wrong? Looks like a clear violation of the "establishment of religion" bit. There is no need for the gov't to be involved in religion at all. It will function just fine without that.
