Re: Forgive me, but I also think some of those guys that buy, do corresponding options trades to "hedge" their risk which are never recorded on 144's or Form 3 or 4s. I'd like to see a little more transparancy for insiders' doings.

The most blatant example of fat cats trading against their "shareholders" aka bagholders, was the egregious put trading by Gary Winnick's private hedge fund last August while GX was going through it's death throes. Disgusting, but apparently something the SEC hasn't deigned to look into.

I forgot if it was CSCO that brought them. I agree with your insider info and the SEC discloclure. It would be nice to get current short info every week vs. once a month.
