I am positive I do not know it all. I cannot speak for my colleagues- if I did I would be guilty of silly generalizations, along the lines of the one you made. Maybe its the way you communicate. What I wish to brush off are your worthless opinions. If you have facts then post them. Your opinions about alternate life choices and your guesses as to how they might be taught if things were as you imagine them to be, are really of no interest to me. Perhaps your generalizations are fascinating to others. But I really wouldn't want to speculate about that. Do all your numerous friends and relatives have any facts relating to these statements you have made? Have you hard data as to how much instructional time any school (any school, anywhere) has devoted to this? I would love to have you post any sort of fact to me regarding this issue. Please feel free to do that.
