Re Baxter's note: That note doesn't sound personal enough for him to have written. He was telling his friends that he needed a body guard only a week before he was killed. COmbine the lacking appearance of the note and put it together with that article you posted about the fellow with all the financial programs and can you imagine if Baxter would sing the truth out in front of Congress?
