Max, re LVLT, I don't understand the whole concept of convertability very well I guess, but that doesn't really make sense to me. If Warren were to convert all those bonds at 3.45, wouldn't that put downward pressure on the stock? If so, why would anybody want to buy at higher than that price? augie
