Mary,

If Tony is found innocent I'm sure his funds will be released. For day-to day-living expenses I would hope his wife and kids will receive support from his family.

Can the government really freeze assets of his children and wife's accounts that were created prior to the alleged crimes? How about annuities and IRA's that were created before the alleged crimes? Even OJ's annuity ended up being untouchable.

Also, can't the family petition the Judge to release some funds for hardship purposes, medical expenses, food, shelter, etc? I know the lawyers somehow get their money.

I admit I'm no lawyer. Maybe some with legal backgrounds know the answers to this.

"I agree that tony and his family could use a fund"
I don't remember him establishing a fund for his members who lost on his advice.
He certainly has enough assets to take care of business IMO. If he loses all to RICO then that says he is guilty of RICO statutes. We must all agree that his truths will be established in court. Mine would.
I've read too many posts that stated he handled charitable moneys in a rather ambiguous fashion.
I'll bet he is not guilty of all the charges his detractors
accuse him of.
I just don't see him asking for free shares of the scammers to lay off there cause. I do see a couple of FBI folks who felt they could profit from using their access to info helpful to exposing facts.
In my experience with Tony he never asked me to do anything illegal, and I believe the same goes for the vast majority of his members, if not all. In fact he was rough on any member who even cussed or insulting to others.
When we expose negative facts on companies, and to their threads, it is generally the longs who start the name-calling. Right? He was exquisite in replying to them.
His lifestyle probably pissed off so many envious losers that are here now, trying to get back at him.
He never said he was a saint.
But a fund... nah. I worry about my next electric bill.

Let just say I have $1,000 extra and want to give away, can you give me one good reason why I should donate it to Tony's trust fund? Why would I contribute money to a guy like Tony rather than giving it to a local chapter of the Red Cross? Do you really think the world would be a better place if there are more people like Tony on this planet? PLEEEEZE....!

Tony is hardly a model citizen, or a victim as you are trying to portrait. I think by now, most people have a good idea who is the real Tony (including his members).

Telling people Tony is a victim in this mess is probably worse than saying Clinton did not have sex with Monica. What is next? Are you going tell us that you also smoked but did not inhaled?
