Tony did not attack large companies that often, as you well know..He was always after the little guys.I for one am very curious to see if he did extort those small penny scam companies...If he did then he is where he belongs. If he did not there will be plenty of time to find more scammy companies and make plenty of bank along the way.......

>>>Merck, Enron, Worldcom...should be in jail. Tony should be out here busting them.<<<

Mary, you continue to seemingly ignore very serious charges against Elgindy, that he has a past criminal record and a record of NASD sanctions against him. Under the circumstances, he's right where he oughta be, held without bail until assurance can be provided he won't flee the country into Lebanon.

And I think the fatcats from the companies you referenced should be right there with him, not there without him.

By the way, if you're interested in helping victims of America's forfeiture laws, not just "Tony," you might wish to set up a fund to help the families of minority victims who've been victimized not only by forfeiture but also by unfair U.S. mandatory sentencing policies.

Here's a great place to start:

Mary,

Tony never 'took on' on the Enrons, Worldcoms and Mercks of the world.

He picked on little companies.
