I don't know, and it appears they don't either. I'm not convinced that the author isn't actually a paid consultant for the Beef Board ;-)

I was surprised that about the lack of statistical evidence to prove anything EXCEPT that cholesterol-lowering drugs work. I hope to hear more about this but I doubt we will.

I don't know what you are writing about, but I find it amazing that you would change your world view on the basis of one article on anything.
