Low fat does not mean low calories.Which is important if you are to lose weight.You have to read everything.You also must have will power.I know,I have been successful in changing my eating habits.I lost plenty of weight and keep it off,but its away of life.If you do not like what you eat then you are doomed to fail.

It's been a big mistake for everyone to believe ...
There are many people, all individual, who will respond to food in different ways.

I responded mostly to the tone and surface meaning. It seemed that one article posted on the internet had changed your whole interpretation of a subject and that you were going to recommend it to all your friends without any further verification. It really doesn't matter the subject, that sounds like a very bad plan. The article, any article, would have to be amazingly authoritative and convincing to just adopt.
