Bill, I'm not sure its such a large storage requirement, more a retrieval and access by many at one time problem with arrays of SCSI drives and an interesting data base.. I'd be curious to know what it is.

I use image files that are normally about 600 megs per tiff.. some as large as 1.6 gigs per image. I know my text based stuff is tiny in comparision. I'm sure SI is not operating at its peak but how many new messages per day would you guess have to be stored?
