Enron and Andersen violated accounting rules to cover up for the fact that Enron was in SERIOUS financial trouble...

Look what's happened...We've destroyed Andersen BUT no prosecutions of individuals so far....Ken Lay and his cronies were clearly piloting a very corrupt ship BUT so far no prosecutions of Enron Execs or board members...We need accountability AND some very high profile arrests...IMO, its time to take the gloves off and put Guiliani in charge of going after the white collar criminals around the country...=)
