LR,
You have taken a pretty bearish position and have been quite accurate so far. What are you looking for to define the bottom? Sentiment? PE under 15? Or some particular support level? Given that the sentiment hasn't even been phased by the market action, it seems like it will be a long time before it turns. Do we have another 50% to go before this bear is over?

well....don't include me in those looking for a rally....theres only bounces now...the next thing that might resemble a rally won't come till nasdaq 1150-1200....

i play to the beat of a different drummer.....

when everybody had june 28 as a low....and were looking for another rally to 1595.....

i had june 28th as a high and the market then proceeded to 1336....

the funny thing is....back in april and may folks were believing the retrace as called when the market was coming down from 1800....

but now we get down to this critical level.....and i see some former believers going against this part of the retrace....calling for highs that are out of range now.....

like i said before....this part of the retrace is the hardest to play....only those with balls will be shorting to the bottom.....the others who used to short will turn into knife catching bulls.....thus the reason the final stage of the bear market will wipe out the most folks....

t/a guys included....
