I guess you can say we always have 50-50 odds at being right about market direction. That's why it is useful to use e-wave, TA, and other tools to give us a bit more to go on. Max Pain and expiration week is one of those tools, and I find it has a very high reliability in 2002. I'm not saying it has predictive value, but if it has worked 6-times in a row, the odds favor this as something that should be given respect when combined with other indicators and methods when determining short term market direction.
