perhaps, but I think you'll get more out of looking at the charts for the last 3 days than you will from max pain.

What do you expect except that stocks will move toward max pain from the lows or the highs on either side (lately it has just been from the lows) -- I think it is noise.

Have you done any study on it outside of the nascent bear that we are in? How well would it have worked during 98 or especially late 99??
