Julius NWRE is expecting that any day now they will get full Nasdaq listing.Institutional interest is growing as measued by the volume increase last week.TC2000 data show that the 5 day volume surge last week places NWRE in he top 4%.NWRE has been reported on recently in IBD as it made the new highs two days in a row,and was shown in the NASDAQ graphs. The WEB site Canslim also featured NWRE in the July 1 News letter. It is possibly due for a pullback which it has done when the RSI approaches the overbought level.
On a different note I have been tracking your lists in a portfolio which I track. The ongoing gains for stocks you have identifiied avverage only 3.3% since I listed them at various times.NWRE,GLG,and SLAB lead the rest.My question is do you think one should just stay out of the market until it hits a bottom? NWRE appears to be the only consistent gainer.
