The issue for me, with this warning, is whether opwv is still THE provider for a wireless platform or not. Nokia and others are entering the fray apparently. When opwv was valued at $200, it was assumed they would be the dominant player here based on Listwin's rep etc.

Listwin and others have bought agressively at much higher prices. They are dominate with the picture phone in japan I think.
