There's really no need to release the file. The SEC concluded that there was no there there in the Harken matter. You can read those memos for yourself. I suspect, you don't really want to see the information which exculpates Bush since it doesn't compliment your Bush hating agenda.... JLA

Dear Buddy: I dont know all the details you appear to know but this is what I do know: 1. Form 144 is INTENT to SELL and it was filed TIMELY. This form is filed by the individual. 2. Form 4 is a summation of the sales for the year and it is filed by the CORPORATION not the individual, it was filed late BUT so what. Whats important is the form 144 and Bush himself wasnt the one who was to file form 4. 3. While the stock dropped MONTHS after Bush sold (not DAYS like gblx, enron, wcom and the like AND anyone who bought at the price Bush sold at and held the stock 12 months DOUBLED their money. I am a shareholder of WCOM and GBLX, do you think I will DOUBLE my money? The point is that little SNAKE DascHOLE is his Henchman Gephardt are TRYING to make political hay out of something that is NOTHING. Meanwhile they say NOTHING about the other CROOK McCauliff who made 18 MILLION out of GBLX and the company is filing bankrupcy. Buddy, at least on this thread TRY TO BE HONEST and tell ALL the facts.
