nothing to exonerate

The SEC not only said there was nothing to exonerate, they specificly said that ending the investigation "must in no way be construed as indicating that (Bush) has been exonerated."

The investigation was ended because Jr's daddy was going to fire anyone who would make George Jr. play by the same rules as everyone else. (He was an equal opportunity abettor and got his other crooked son Neil off the hook for looting a savings and loan).
