Uh huh. So you really believe that the SEC lost the paper work, no, the lawyers didn't send it in, or maybe the dog ate it? Regardless, he doesn't really understand what happened when he sold nearly $1 million of stock the day before Harken had to restate earnings. And that was a mere coincidence...
