Dear Charles: I really dont know enough about how the current debt is set up to advise how this will play out. I presume that you are aware that any monies bankers put in from here on out will get Preferrential Secured Treatment one way or another. That being said, normally Bankers will sometimes make the loan IF they feel it will strengthen their position. You are right, they wont give a damn about the shareholders, however, this has become a Political issue too so its going to be really complicated IMHO. JDN
