We pump in dollars here and they end up there Grace, Why do you assume that the US is the only country that can create inflation. China is doing a massive infrastructure upgrade in anticipation of the 2008 Olympics. The Chinese government is subsidizing everything from roadwork, to telco and wireless buildouts and upgrades. And they are cookie cuttering the buildout in every province, regardless if they need it or not (they have internet POPs in locations where there is no electricity to any of the homes in the area). This is all being funded by the Chinese printing presses. I would assert that they are creating their own inflation without US help.
