As a Beer Snob -- (if all they have is Bud, Bud Lite, Amstel, Corona, Heiniken, etc. I'll have a glass of Chardonnay) --- The label looks real familiar maybe since I have had beer shipped to me by Beer Across America, maybe they distribute..... so has the place been around for a while???

The beer list looks very nice and should appeal to a broad range of beer snobs, but would likely confuse the casual (moving to snobbery) drinker.. They appear to have a nice list of seasonals, etc, but the taste is everything, as far as beer goes.. There's aLot of profit in the beer side of the business.. There are LOTS of distribution based microbreweries around with many IPO failures and semi-successes. There has for some time been a developing trend around microbrewery-restaurant models with a recent IPO on one in the Dtroit area ( Big Buck ? ) ..so if that's the model it also has to have good food (dah) ... one such place in Boston ( the Brew Moon ) opened about 4-5 years ago and has subsequently changed hands and renamed.

I believe the best equity is free or cheap beer! which is often found in most prospectus .. or early subsription memoranda.... at least you can get a bang for your buck.....particularly if the beer is good.
