People are going to be in for a nasty surprise. HOUSES (i.e. structures) DEpreciate; it is the land that appreciates in value. With so much of the value of these 'mc-mansions' in the structure and not in the land (friggin' 10k ft^2 houses on half an acre; morons) these arse-holes are going to wake up SOOOOOO far under water in 10 years its not even funny.
