I was thinking on the drive in today that if it weren't for the acct'ing mess as of late we probably would have bounced off the neckline and headed up into the fall. If we can close above and hold for a few days I think we still get that ralley to get his 'C'... IMO

I think there are three possibilities here:

1) We do rally for quite a while from here and the break of the neckline ends up looking like a probe on the weekly/monthly. Given that we are dealing with such a long-term formation, a few days trading under such a neckline can not be called a definitive break.

2) We get a multi-month rally, but from lower lows (i.e., back to the neckline).

3) Forget TommyBear's count
