Number two sound like the one
that could fit both scenarios

If that one comes into play, there will be lots of unhappy bulls that follow Tommy Bear that were expecting a more significant rally than that scenario would likely entail.

It's so hard to argue with that formidable H&S as opposed to Tommy's wave count, despite his enviable track record.
