The sick thing about Mitch Daniels is that he's a pathological liar. He'll say anything for his own partisan purposes. I fully expect the "rosy scenario" treatment to come out of OMB in the fall, just in time to confuse the gullible voter.

Not even including hundreds of $billions in government accounting fraud to be booked this year and next, imo

Republicans on the Senate Budget Committee expect the deficit to grow to $194.4 billion in fiscal 2003
