I never claimed the law said otherwise. In the real world, the individual does not file the Form 4. Pardon me. I thought you actually knew what you were talking about. In the future, I will make sure that I write each post to you as if it was being read by a moron with no knowledge of the way things are done in the real world.....

I just heard the most unbelievable story and it points out how corrupt our business world has become. I was driving to a business appointment and had taken a tetanus shot so I turned on Rush Limbaugh's radio show.

First it was amazing that Limbaugh was lambasting the Republican party for giving in to the Democrats...when he took a call from a young high school student(I think she said she was from Binghamton, New York).

The young girl called in and as to be expected she started with how wonderful it was to be able to talk with him. And that she was so proud that he was standing up for the American corporations and that our business leaders were being attacked so unfairly by the left. She commented that she wanted to have a career in the business world and that she wanted to go to law school....and that she couldn't get a true business education from our school system. Well! Limbaugh began to gush all over this young lady...commenting that there was hope, that this was a high school student that understood the issues...blah! blah! He was so impressed that he was going to give her a free subscription to his news letter and allow her to get a free gift from his merchandise offerings on his website...told her to pick the most expensive item. The young lady continued to talk about how unfair business leaders were being attacked and mentioned that her father had taught her about how to run a business. This opened the door for Limbaugh to comment about how deplorable that our school systems were and that this young lady had to learn from her father...blah! blah! and how wonderful and resourceful she and her father were.

Then! The young lady mentioned that she had a business and Limbaugh asked her what kind of business she had and told her how resourceful she was and what she represented and how amazing for a high school student.

The young lady hesitated and said .."You aren't going to use my name, are you?" Limbaugh pushed ahead with what kind of business she had. To which the young lady responded..." I don't want you to use my name ....as I don't want the IRS to know about my business."

And we wonder why there is so much corruption in our corporate world, when high schools students are being taught to cheat and lie to avoid taxes. So we now have the next generation to step in for the Kenny Boy's and Bernie the Bearded One.
