Zeev,

The SI team hears your message loud and clear. As I'm sure you can gather, our team is leaner and we've been working hard to get meaner. I'll address the hiccups we've had recently that you brought up.

NEWS - Fixed on July 8th. A combination of a feed problem from our provider and the short holiday week biting us in the butt precluded a quicker fix.

SEARCH - Indexing every word of every message is an expensive proposition, and our system has been choking recently. All week we've been working on getting the most our of our search hardware, as well as upgrading it. I hope to have a solution next week.

Zeev, I'm all for having a Plan B, but how do we know that iHub is going to survive? Do you know anything about their profitability?
