I think his point was that Jennings never mentioned the suits against Clinton when he (Clinton) was president. It's not news when the president gets sued, but it is when the vice-president does??

You missed the point. While several suits were filed against Clinton* (*impeached), not one of them made the evening news (Klayman's "organization" was totally ignored). Now this suit is filed against Cheney, and Jennings is all over it -- MAJOR DEVELOPMENT. Just a typical example of insiduous liberal bias that occurs many times daily.
