I think if you sober up and read what I posted on the subject my point was the dollar has been too high and changed our economy from industrial to a service economy.

Bush did promise a balanced budget&vibrant economy.Overpromising is a risky business,IMHO. Please, check out my other post on reasons for the GW's problems. Sure you can add to it. I tended to pick the major screw-ups, but there are so many.
