that is one of the very good things about America- we are, at this moment, free to hold those diametrically opposing views. I think what E and I may find ironic, is that during the time those hearings took place, views like ours (E and me) about those hearings, would have been proof of commie leanings.

Yes, well of course I was pointing out that how one views Joe McCarthy may now be proof of fascist leanings.

Surely there is irony in that ????
