I think N has an evil mind. :-) Let's see. You give a party at your house intended for your family members. I show up and demand entrance and claim you have no right to exclude me- -even though you are paying for it and it's on your property. You refuse. Is that OK? If not, then let's say that I'm black or Jewish or Catholic. Does that change things? Along the same lines: I'm sure the KKK excludes blacks. Should a law be passed making that illegal? How about forcing the Black Panthers to admit whites? Suppose a synagogue refuses to allow non-Jews to join. Should they be in violation of the law?
