I appreciate your "unbiased" opinion, but would you care
to elaborate which facts are being at consideration?

The guy showed out some statistics that tells that homes
in the area I live appreciate at 1% per year. I don't know
what data he used, and don't give a shit. I _live_ in
that area and pay property taxes. I gave a local
official link
that shows that local real estate taxes are at maximum
capped value, even above 10% per year, even on average.
And uncapped values, which are based on actual home sales,
are much higher. These are my facts, as opposed to
"1%" central statistics.

So, unless you were just teasing me, by which "facts"
I've being proven wrong?
