You think the judge will toss out points 1-4 to suit a misbehaving felony ex-convict who violated his probation and convinced a grand jury he is worth indicting? And transfers assets overseas?

Take what you want, you get what a judge decides. And the defendant in question has a very poor record with judges, criminal and civil.

Why hasn't he produced the financial statements to secure his bail yet? It's only been what, 2-3 weeks since the order?
