I think we will be fine as for both AMD and Intel the contest EPS are the "pro-forma" values which may not be affected by one-time charges. Depending on which direction the wind is blowing.

Regardless of the rules... I will exclude one-time charges from the contest scoring as I believe this is the only appropriate basis. Even if they were not excluded the net effect would be limited as scoring is based on the average error.
