Yes, Goldman went to *no opinion* because the SEC is going back for the third time to look for accounting irregularities. Now, picture this. The SEC goes in and finds accounting problems where their fellow SEC auditors found nothing. Or, the new SEC auditors find problems where the the previous two groups of SEC auditors failed to look. Or, the new set of auditors find nothing again. Which is most likely?
