Jim: VIX is over 42, curbs are in on the Dow, but the Naz seems to be holding about even. I look for a rally after AG stops talking, particularly if in the Q&A he says something quotable or slightly more positive than in the prepared remarks. Are you just trying to play this rally via tech stocks? Kb

Hi Jim, Good work yesterday. I'm using this mornings weakness to add some more - reloading CYMI and adding to the hot BRCD. I'm sure you and many others have at least seen the Drudge report. This guy has beening fanning the flames for about the past two weeks - any DOW weakness always seems to get his headlines. One of my tech flock is straying this am. PHTN is down over 10% on huge volume. Earnings out this evening. I will see how it develops over the course of the day, but it seems like alot of people know something. My gut would say to let it go before the EOD. Warp
