If bullion were to go up, would the unhedged gold stocks not go up on increased profits alone? Any increase in the pog from here would be jam for most, not?

What we are having here is a currency (dollar) crisis. Thus mining stocks based in North America should do well, while South African gold stocks may not do as well. The situation was opposite when the Rand dropped 60% last fall. South African stocks increased 5-fold or 10-fold, while hui and XAU which were mostly composed of North American stocks kept dropping at least until November -January.
