You wrote, (5)When Hal gives a BUY SIGNAL it means there is high probability that the trend has changed to "UP"

Please define high probability.

answer:
(1)Hal informs me of many things every 1 minute, 5 minutes, etc, and at the close.
(2)In the case of Hal's Buy signals, all back studies are
done based on closes.
(3)The day Hal gives a BUY SIGNAL there is an 80% plus
probabilty of a good up move.
(4)Now the bad news, the very next day, Hal has taken in more info and the "next day's probability" could be any
thing.
(5) I like to think of Hal as "taking in all info at that
minute" and making best estimate of future numbers.
