duh yeah - thats why it would be, a NEW range. iow, top of the next range would be higher than here - for SPs. << Middle of a new range? I can't find a single chart where the current price is in the middle of any range.

I had some other possibly interesting observations to make, but this freaking shooting gallery suitcase thing whatever the hell it is at the top of my screen is about to give me an epileptic seizure. I was given a free lifetime SI membership a million years ago... These pop-up ads and the like are making me think I should ask for my money back... sheesh... Ok... got rid of it... where was I? Oh, never mind...
