Well I will admit that I would not want to be in one of the Iraqi tanks trying to assault the American forces in that scenario.

I think Saddam's best chances of causing headaches for us would be unconventional attacks, and trying to get us to fight building to building in cities. We can protect ourselves against poison gas but having to suit up against the threat will reduce our efficiency. And city fighting (if it comes to that) could give us the choice of taking more casualties then we would like, or killing a lot of Iraqi civilians.
