From what I've gathered, the personal BK's is just getting started. We will see more higher BK's rate. Also cash cows are gone! The likes of telecom and IT spending. ROI is the key word for IT now. More layoffs ain't a good sign. IMO market will dip couple more times before it's getting better...

Problem is too many still remember 1998. The price action is still in the memory and wishes. Until that erodes away, you will not get a bottom. Opinions, of course.

Like the THE bottom occurred in Sep 2001, and that in May of this year some strange upside targets (S&P 1205?) would be met.

Que sera sera. The future is not ours to see.
